Mr. Thomas M. Leahy, III AAMS, the founder of Campus Financial, owns and operates Campus Financial as well as a Richmond-based investment management company.

He is a graduate of the University of Florida and earned his masters degree from the University of Oklahoma.










Ms. Dean Bulman

Ms. Dean Bulman conducts the administration and research for Campus Financial LLC.
She earned a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.













Joyce King

Joyce King is the Assistant Director, College Planning. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in psychology and holds a masters degree in allied health from the Medical College of Virginia.













Marc Mroczkowski

Marc Mroczkowski is a College Consultant for Campus Financial LLC.

Mr. Mroczkowski earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia.
