Campus Financial offers three services:

• College Planning
• Hourly Consultation
• 529 Investment Management

College Planning provides assistance in determining the amount of college savings needed to fund higher education, taking into account the projected cost of college, the growth of current assets and potential for student financial aid. The result is an investment model designed to meet future financial need. This planning service is contracted based on the number of hours it is estimated the planning will take.

Hourly Consultation can focus on any aspect of the client’s college funding circumstance.

The following is a summary of services that can be provided under either of these arrangements:

• Calculation of college savings target
• Determination of appropriate college savings vehicle.
• Calculation of the students projected Expected Family contribution based on current financial aid policies and regulations.
• Design of appropriate investment model to savings target
• Analysis of the student’s financial aid eligibility
• Strategies to increase financial aid eligibility and their interaction with tax and investment plans.

529 Investment Management provided by Campus Financial utilizes F Share mutual funds in the CollegeAmerica® 529 College Savings Plan at American Funds, thus eliminating any sales charge for the client.

Campus Financial uses various investment strategies in the management of accounts as determined by the stated savings objective of the client, the time horizon until the student reaches college age and the contribution amount being made.
